RJR Polymers, Inc. is committed to setting the next standard in the Semiconductor packaging industry.

In order to accomplish this goal, RJR’s management rolled out a plan earlier this year that includes the formation of an Advisory board as a significant step to guiding the company through the next stages of growth.

Mr. J. Michael Sanna Mr. J. Michael Sanna
Mr.Sanna is a Senior Executive with accomplishments in General, Engineering and Operations Management gained through 20 years of increasing responsibility within the semiconductor industry. He was most recently Vice President of Networks at TriQuint Semiconductor, reporting to the company’s CEO. Prior to that, he held marketing, engineering and operations roles at both TriQuint and Texas Instruments. Mr.Sanna built a world-class differentiated products business during his 10 years at TriQuint. He holds a Master’s degree in Business from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Mr.Sanna resides with his wife and youngest of two sons in Sherman, Texas.
Mr. Peter J. Zdebel Dr. Peter J. Zdebel

Dr.Zdebel is the Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer at ON Semiconductor. Prior to his role at ON Semiconductor, Zdebel held various R&D, managerial and leadership positions at the Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector (SPS). He was appointed Vice President of Technology Development and Director of System-on-Chip (SoC) technology of the Motorola Digital DNA Laboratories in Austin, TX in 1999. That same year, Dr.Zdebel was also elected Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Motorola SPS Wireless Subscriber Systems Group (WSSG).

Dr.Zdebel holds 37 patents on semiconductor devices and processes. He has served as a mentor for the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC), as a Technical Committee Member of the BCTM and IEDM conferences of the IEEE, and as an Associated Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices from 1992 to 1994. Dr.Zdebel received his two engineering degrees, Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.-Ing., from the University of Aachen, Germany.

Mr. Keith Warble Mr. Keith Warble


Mr. Warble has fourty plus years experience in electronics system integration with 9 patents granted and 5 pending. Keith is currently the Managing Director of Systems into Silicon based in Prescott, Arizona, with current active projects in automotive radars, RFID transponders & perimeter surveillance.

Prior to forming Systems into Silicon, Mr. Warble was the VP & Director of the Motorola Satellite Communications Lab in Chandler, Arizona, with deep involvement in the Iridium & Teledesic commercial satellite systems. During this period he was a frequent industrial consultant for the National Science Foundation (NSF), evaluating NSF research programs vs. U.S. wireless communications industrial needs.

Mr. Warble has a BSEE from the University of Minnesota with graduate work completed on radiation sensors at the University of Oklahoma. Keith has extensive work experience in aerospace electronics including advanced space technology programs from Gemini and Apollo through ACTS and the International Space Station to commercial applications for Iridium and Teledesic. Mr. Warble was directly involved in the development and production of over 20,000 custom integrated circuits currently operating in space.

Primary interests are leadership of product cost & size reductions via ASIC/MMIC integration. Mr Warble’s specialty areas are mixed signal & RFIC primarily with Microwave Hybrid & monolithic integration, with primary system applications in wideband communications & radar systems.
