Raymond Bregante, CEO In his role as CEO, Raymond Bregante is responsible for the development and execution of the companies’ vision. Prior to co-founding RJR Polymers, Ray was the managing Partner of Bregante & Co, a California based CPA firm, and he remains today the CEO of RSB Enterprises, Inc., a Bay Area Real Estate development company. Ray has spent 30 plus years as a consultant to closely held businesses in diversified industries, has been a member of various Boards and has started more that ten companies prior to becoming CEO of RJR. Ray holds a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting finance from California State University at San Jose, and an MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a CPA and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. |

Tony Bregante, CFO In his role as chief financial officer for RJR Polymers, Tony Bregante oversees RJR’s finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial analysis and treasury. He also leads the procurement and customer service teams. Prior to joining RJR Polymers, Tony was a manager in KPMG, LLP’s audit practice and oversaw financial statement audits for clients of KPMG, LLP’s Silicon Valley Office. During his time at KPMG, LLP, Tony focused on high technology companies and a variety of publicly and privately held companies. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a CPA in the state of California. |

Richard J. Ross, President, CTO, Epoxies and Founder Mr. Ross has over 50 years experience in the Plastics Industry with a strong emphasis on the development of Polymers. His background includes the development of multiple epoxy systems, coupling agents, polyethylenes, polystyrenes, curing agents and fillers. Mr. Ross’s background includes materials development at Union Carbide, the Amoco Division of Standard Oil and 21 years at the Kaiser Chemical Division of Kaiser Aluminum. Dick holds multiple patents on materials, material application and assembly technologies. He holds a BA degree in Chemistry from Oberlin College and an MBA from Northwestern University. |

Wil Salhuana, President of Package Division Wil Salhuana is a highly driven global executive with over 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry. Prior to joining RJR Polymers, Wil was the President and CEO of HVVi Semiconductors. At HVVi, Wil raised twenty six million dollars of venture capital and led the company from startup to first revenue. Before co-founding HVVi, Wil was the VP & GM of the Broadband & Entertainment Division at Motorola, which he led from a startup to several hundred million dollars in sales and healthy profits. Wil has extensive international experience, which included relocation to Japan in 2000 to secure new business and establish key customer partnerships in the gaming market. In 2002, Wil was selected by the Motorola CEO as one of the top executives to attend a 2-week Executive Program held at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Through the years, Wil has held a variety of Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Executive Management positions. His product experience covers Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), microprocessors, DSPs, RF power, microcontrollers, and large mixed signal System on Chip [SOC] solutions for the Communications and Consumer markets. Wil received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado. |

Charles Marino, VP Operations As VP Operations, Mr. Marino leads the manufacturing, process engineering and quality departments. His background includes over 20 years of experience in Materials and Manufacturing Management. In addition, he has 10 years of microelectronic industry experience in Quality, Manufacturing and Automation. Mr. Marino holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently enrolled in the University of Phoenix MBA program. Mr. Marino is an active member of the Golden Gate Chapter of APICS. |

Dave DeWire, Director of Sales and Marketing Mr. DeWire has 30 years of experience in the microelectronic industry with a strong emphasis on electronic materials and device packaging. His experience in packaging includes the use of ceramics, plastics, metal and metal matrix composite materials, metallization systems, sealing technologies, module design and system integration. Dave has spent over 20 years with Brush Wellman Inc and Precision Castparts Corporation in the development of ceramic and metal matrix composite based packaging. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Southern New Hampshire. |

John Ni, Director of Product Development & Technical Service As director of product development and technical service, Mr. Ni leads R&D, technical service and chemical lab team. His background includes development of epoxy adhesive systems, application and testing and automation system programming. He has a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Cal State University, a M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University, an M.S degree in Engineering from DongHua University, China and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the same school. |
