I. Product Engineer: RJR Polymers is currently seeking a Product Development Engineer to develop manufacturing and process methodologies for new and existing customers and to assist in capturing new business. The Product Development Engineer is responsible for working as a cross-functional team member, developing semiconductor packaging products. Leads one or more product development projects for LCP based semiconductor packaging to achieve on-time results, according to plan. Project management & documentation with design controls, risk analysis, etc in accordance with established SOPs.

II. Process Engineer: RJR Polymers is currently seeking a Process Engineer to work with internal groups within RJR and to assist in developing robust manufacturing processes and documentation and to implement the use of SPC into the process. Responsible for successfully bringing new product opportunities from concept to commercial production by utilizing in-depth engineering knowledge, strong product management skills, and working cross-functionally with business management, quality, and manufacturing. Be the lead technical contact on new products and process technologies, and effectively represent these programs to internal and external stakeholders.

III. Product/Process Development Chemist or CHE: RJR Polymers is currently seeking a Product/Process Delvelopment Chemist or CHE. The position reports to the Product/Process Development Manager. It involves every aspect of finding new adhesive applications for the existing products and new products for existing applications. Responsibilities include all phases of product/process development involving adhesive assembly of electronic, medical and automotive components. Selection of raw materials, manufacturing profile of formulations, process development of composite components and finished product qualifications are all included. All the manufacturing processes are controlled and performed internally. Technical support to customers is a daily occurance. IV. Mechanical Design Engineer: RJR Polymers is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to provide design and engineering support to our package development team. This person will support the engineering team in the design and development of LCP plastic electronics packaging products, support the design of production and test tooling and fixtures. The mechanical design engineer shall work with limited supervision, take ownership of projects and schedules and provide engineering support to manufacturing as needed. Job Details
